Scenery behind the backdrop

Work in progress: This section is still a work in progress — content is being added and revised continuously.

What is checked? Whether scenery stands behind a backdrop: in the corner behind the curve of a rounded backdrop corner, or so that it sticks out past the backdrop.

Why does it matter? Nobody sees what stands behind the backdrop once the layout is built. The plan hardly shows it, because from above the backdrop is only a narrow band along the board edge.

How to fix it: Move the object in front of the backdrop. In a rounded corner, a smaller backdrop radius or a square corner also helps.

Numbers & defaults: Reported when the centre of the object lies in the corner behind the curve or its footprint crosses the backdrop. The check asks for no clearance.
