Yard ladder (track fan)

The yard ladder is the bundle of parallel tracks that grows out of a turnout ladder — like the strings of a harp (the German term Gleisharfe means “track harp”). Typical uses: station tracks, staging yards, storage sidings. The Trackplanner creates yard ladders in one step with the station-throat generator.
