What you get
Digitise
We prepare your models: dimensions, plan view, 3D shape and preview image. You supply data, dimensioned drawings or catalogue pages; we do the rest.
Visible
Your models are in the catalogue. Users without Premium can place them without them counting against their limit, up to the number you book. On top of that you get your own page with logo, introduction, purchase links and track plans that use your models. Both are labelled as a partnership.
Audience
You see who plans with your models: by country, scale and era, always aggregated and never for individual users.
Evaluate
A report every month: how often your models are placed, in how many plans, and how often someone clicks a purchase link.
Track is always included: your track systems are in the planner anyway, free for all users. As a partner, we suggest your track system to users who come through you and show your starter sets first.
Locomotives and wagons count like accessories: with the vehicle catalogue they come into the planner as models, onto your page and into the report.
Instead of a fee, cooperation is also possible, for example flyers in your starter sets.
What we do not sell: a better position in recommendations, in sorting or in the retailer choice.
How it works
- Enquiry: Tell us your product areas and roughly how many models you have.
- Offer the same working day: We send figures for your scales and countries, an offer and the price sheet.
- Supply data, start: You supply the data, we prepare the models. Depending on the number, this takes a few days to a few weeks.
Requirements
- You make models or track in gauges that Trackplanner covers.
- You can supply name, item number and dimensions for each model; images or drawings help.
Founding partners wanted

Founding partners carry this label on their page, keep their prices for 24 months, have their models prepared first and have a say in the report and in features.
In return, you have two or three short conversations with us in the first year and allow us to publish a case study with your name after three months. We only include figures with your approval.
Frequently asked questions
What does the price depend on?
On the number of models in the partnership. Track does not count. The tiers are in the price sheet you receive with our reply.
How quickly do I get the offer?
Within one working day, usually the same day. You get the offer and price sheet with our reply.
Who owns the 3D models?
Your data, images and logo remain yours. The plan views and 3D shapes we build from them belong to our catalogue. The details are in the Partner Terms.
What happens if we stop?
Your page and the report end. The models we prepared for you disappear from the catalogue. In plans that already use them, they stay.
We have no CAD data. Is that a problem?
No. Dimensioned drawings, catalogue pages or photos with dimensions are enough.
Do you favour partners in recommendations?
No. A partnership does not buy a better position in the catalogue, search, recommendations or retailer choice.
Which data do we get, and what do we learn about individual users?
You only get totals, and a row only appears from five plans by three accounts. You learn nothing about individual users.
We are a manufacturer and a retailer. What applies?
One partnership with the services of both roles. You only pay the higher of the two fees.
What is a founding partner?
One of the first five manufacturer partners. They keep their prices for 24 months and give us feedback in return.
